v15.65 was released between August and September 2026, during a busy stretch of updates. It came right after v15.60, the build that moved Insta Pro onto the Instagram 439.0.0.38.89 base, and just before v15.70, which brought back Picture-in-Picture. Think of it as a stepping stone: it carries the big v15.60 upgrade, but not the features that came later.
v15.65 doesn’t have a separate entry in our Changelog, because it was a smaller in-between build. Rather than guess at changes we can’t confirm, this page sticks to what we know it includes.

Honestly, only a small group. If a particular phone or a specific workflow behaves better on this build, it’s here for you. For everyone else, we recommend the latest v15.90. It runs on the same Instagram base, includes everything v15.65 has, and pushes the build expiry further out so the app keeps opening.
